Kevin T. Byrne continues to be fully-engaged in the private practice of law since 1965. Kevin T. Byrne joined Lian Zarrow as "of counsel" in 1997. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation. He also is actively involved in business litigation; family and probate law; estate planning; residential and commercial real estate; and zoning and municipal land issues.

Kevin was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia in 1964; in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 1965; in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1966; and in the U.S. Supreme Court in 1989.
